On this page we explain how to create a folder for the ZoneCapture SuiteApp that is going to be used to store the incoming transaction
Enable the "Show internal id's" option
To be able to see internal IDs inside Netsuite the user should enable this feature under the personal preferences. To do this navigate to HOME→SET PREFERENCES and check that under GENERAL→DEFAULTS the checkbox "Show internal ID's" is checked.
Create a folder
To create the folder navigate to DOCUMENTS→FILES→FILE CABINET→NEW. Use a naming convention that suits your company's needs.
Press save and navigate to DOCUMENTS→FILES→FILE CABINET and locate the newly created folder. Make a note of the internal ID.
At this point, the main storage folder has been created but the ZoneCapture SuiteApp does provide the option to define a different folder per subsidiary. If a setup is needed that stores information in a specific folder then the previous steps can be repeated. We do recommend that all individual folders are kept inside the main folder so that a clear storage location is used. An example of subsidiary specific folder storage can be as follow:
