ZoneReconcile supports by default all major file formats and provides full support to import a CSV file with a custom field mapping. During import, the ZoneReconcile SuiteApp provides support for single account imports and multi-account imports. A single-account file is simply one file that contains only one bank account. A multi-account file can hold information for one or multiple bank accounts. With an additional configuration, the solution can automatically split the data into separate statements. How to set up a multi-account import can be found on the documentation page “Setup multi-account statement import” page. The multi-account import setup is the recommended import type because the solution decides automatically for which account the imported data is and this reduces the potential mistake that data is imported on an incorrect account.
Zone recommends using the CAMT formats for reconciliation. If these are not available then the MT940 should be the second choice. CSV files can always be used as a fallback option which is fully configurable.
Please note that in the following list of file types only UTF-8 characters are supported.
Supported file formats
Single-account import support
Multi-account import support
*CSV files can only support a multi-account statement import if the file contains a column with a value that is unique to a particular bank account, for example, the IBAN-number or bank account number
