SuiteApp Portlet
Adding the Scan & Capture SuiteApp Portlet
To add the SuiteApp Portlet navigate to your dashboard and then click "Personalize" on the right top corner of your dashboard. Open the section named "SuiteApps" and select the option "ZoneCapture".
You should now see the following section on your dashboard:
Portlet icons: Please note that the portlet icons Sent E-invoices and Failed E-invoices are only visible if the respective lists contain at least 1 result.
Standard Reminders
Add Reminders Portlet
If the reminder portlet isn't visible on your dashboard then click on "Personalize" on the right top corner of your dashboard. Select the "Reminders" portlet under "Standard Content" and drag it to the wanted location on your dashboard.
Adding Reminders
To add the Scan & Capture Reminders to your Reminders portlet you must hover with your mouse over the top bar and select "Set Up" from the menu.
In the pop-up search for "Scan & Capture" and add 2 reminders displayed to move them to the right side of the pop-up.

- Scan & Capture - Vendors that cannot be synced
Select the checkbox named "Show reminders with zero results" to also see the reminders if there aren't any results. Save the record.
You should now see the following reminders on your dashboard:
Scan & Capture - Vendors that cannot be synced saved search is a reminder on Vendors that are missing Country and will therefore never be recognized by S&C.
