The Scan & Capture Suite App allows users to alter the used searches behind the icons from the dashboard portlet.
For this manual, we show how to adjust the saved search for incoming transactions, but the same approach applies for the other saved searches as well.
Start by opening the saved search - paste the name in the general search Scan & Capture Incoming purchase transactions to be processed and click on the Search.
You see the saved search results then. The easiest way is to Edit this Search.
Then you will be redirected to the default saved search, which is locked for editing, however you can make the adjustments and Save As your new saved search:
After saving, you should see the results of your saved search. You can also open the saved search by searching it in the Global search with the search title you entered.
Make sure you write down the title of the newly created search.
Navigate to Setup > Scan & Capture Setup > Scan & Capture Main configuration > S&C Portlet subtab and select your custom saved search title from the dropdown called INCOMING PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS SAVED SEARCH
Go back to the home page and open one more time the Icoming section in the Scan&Capture portlet. It will show customized search results.
