ZonePayments allows you to connect a third-party payment provider (i.e. Stripe) to NetSuite without any code or middleware.
As a reminder, we’re still growing our portfolio of supported payment gateways. At this time ZonePayments only supports connections to Stripe accounts.
Connection Steps
To connect your third-party payment provider (i.e. Stripe) to NetSuite, move through the listed guides in the following order:
- Specify key contact and sender information under the ZP Preference record
- Create a Payment Profile
- Create an Account Mapping Profile
Once connected, collect electronic payments from your customers directly from NetSuite Transactions.
Connection FAQ
Q: I have multiple accounts with my payment provider, will I need to follow these steps for each that I’d like to integrate with NetSuite?
A. Yes, you will need to create a Payment Profile and Account Mapping for each account managed with your payment provider.
Q: If I link my payment provider to NetSuite, will it disconnect from my other platforms that are also using the same account?
A. No, connecting with ZonePayments doesn’t impact other platform connections to your payment provider. However, if you’re taking payments through other means, it’s recommended that you configure processing options for those Standalone Payments to avoid issues with payout reconciliation.
