General Release Information
Release 1.6.2 has been released on the 4th of April 2023 and contains several bug fixes. Below you can find more information related to the bug fixes. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.
Bug Fix
FFA-723 Approve/rejection button not working
In specific situations, it could happen that the approve or reject button didn’t actually transition the transaction. The underlying issue is that in specific Netsuite account status values are interpreted differently. In this release the approve and rejection logic are extended with additional normalization logic so that the transition is executed as expected and doesn’t result in an endless loop.
FFA-731 Approval matrix shows the header twice
The new Netsuite version 2023.1 implements a partially new header user interface that triggers in the matrix the situation that the header title is shown twice. This release resolves that duplication so that the header title is only visible once.
FFA-734 Not all transactions are visible in the approval dashboard portlet
In specific situations, it did happen that not all the expected transactions were visible in the dashboard portlet. Due to this, the user wasn’t able to see all the transactions pending approval from the dashboard portlet. This release resolves this issue so that all pending transactions are visible as expected.
FFA-750 Bundle elements are rebuilt causing data loss
In version 1.6.x the environment could rebuilds certain objects from the ZoneApprovals SuiteApp and due to this rebuild the currently present data from that rebuilt object was overwritten with empty values. To protect the application correctly the installation will first generate a snapshot so that after the upgrade potentially rebuild object can re repopulated automatically with the correct data that was present before the upgrade.
