Introduction
Netsuite offers the option to perform a sandbox refresh. A sandbox refresh will copy all data from the live account (production) into the sandbox account. During this copy all existing customisations, scripts, and installed bundles will be copied too. Netsuite will set all scheduled scripts by default to not scheduled. This change in deployment will impact the general functionality of ZoneApprovals. The page explains all the scripts that should be manually adjusted so that ZoneApprovals will run as expected. Of course, these steps are only needed if testing cycles will be performed on ZoneApprovals in the sandbox environment.
Script to schedule
The table below lists all the scripts that should be adjusted so they are scheduled again. Navigate in the main menu to CUSTOMIZATION->SCRIPTING->SCRIPTS. Expand the Filters and set the From Bundle to ID 428308, the Type to the script type listed in the table below. Locate the script and press view. On the page that opens navigate to the tab named “Deployments” and click on the deployment name/link. Edit the deployment as recommended in the column “Recommended Schedule”

After sandbox refresh
After the sandbox refresh potentially a manual license fetch should be executed. To manually fetch the license navigate in the main menu to SETUP->ZONEAPPROVALS->ZONEAPPROVAL LICENSE and press the blue button named “Retrieve License”. After pressing the button wait until the system confirms the retrieval of the license. If an error would occur we recommend contacting our support team.
