There are multiple payment methods available for payment collection. ZonePayments currently supports the following payment methods, however these options are ultimately dependent on what’s available through your payment provider.
Credit Card (default)
Credit Card is the default payment method. This option allows your customer to pay with a credit or debit card.

ACH Direct Debit
ACH lets you accept payments from customers with a US bank account.

SEPA Direct Debit
SEPA Direct Debit provides a centralized payment method for European-based customers. It is the European version of ACH. This option allows merchants to support a greater range of payment options for their international customer base.

Bacs Direct Debit
This option allows your UK customers to make payments using Bacs Direct Debit.

Enabling Payment Methods
To enable a payment method:
- Go to Setup > Zone Payments Setup > ZP Payment Profiles
- Select a Payment Profile
- Under the Provider Payment Methods multi-select field, select which payment method options you’d like to offer to customers when submitting payments.
- Save
Note: Some payment methods are regional and will only be available as an option for subsidiaries in specific countries. Be aware that there may be additional configuration required in your payment provider account to enable new payment methods.
