ZonePayments is a fully integrated payment solution for NetSuite. Our app gives you the freedom to securely accept and record electronic payments in NetSuite.
Supported Payment Providers
In order to accept electronic payments from your customer, you must have an account with one of our supported payment providers. At this time, our supported payment provider is Stripe, which is a third-party payment processing platform.
If you do not already have a Stripe account, you can create an account by registering here.
- To manage multiple lines of business, Stripe allows you to create multiple accounts. See multi-subsidiaries to learn more.

Already have a Stripe Account?
If you already have a Stripe account you may move through our connection steps to link your account(s) to ZonePayments. However, there are some considerations:
- Syncing historical Stripe data to NetSuite
- Applying ZonePayments Payment Links to existing open Transactions
- Transferring external payments collected by Stripe (ecommerce, POS, etc) to NetSuite
ZonePayments does not charge additional processing fees for payments, however most payment providers impose fees for their services.

Managing Multiple Subsidiaries
To effectively manage multiple lines of business (multi-subsidiary) each subsidiary must be associated with its own account within your payment provider. Additionally, it is required that you create a separate Payment Profile for each account within your payment provider.
In multi-subsidiary scenarios, you will likely have separate Stripe accounts and thus separate Payment Profiles for each line of business. See Connection steps and Creating a Payment Profile for more information.
