There are a number of notifications ZonePayments sends to customers and admins. Refer to the tables below to learn more about the types of notifications ZonePayments sends as well as what triggers those notifications.
Engagement Emails sent to Customers

Payment Confirmation sender defined on ZP Preferences |
Customer email entered on Payment Page | The Payment Confirmation Template set either globally on the ZP Preferences record, or overridden locally on the Payment Profile. If not specified on the Payment Profile, this defaults to the global template set on the Preference record. |
| Customer Engagement | Autopay Payment Confirmation | Sends any time a payment successfully processes through autopay. |
Payment Confirmation sender defined on ZP Preferences |
Payment Email specified on the Customer Profile or specified on the Customer record |
Autopay Confirmation Template set globally on the ZP Preferences record or overridden locally on the Payment Profile. If not specified on the Payment Profile, this defaults to the global template set on the Preference record. If no templates are set on either of these records, defaults to Payment Confirmation Template. |
