ZoneCapture is a managed bundle and is Built for NetSuite (BFN) verified by Netsuite. All releases undergo an extensive testing cycle before being released to Production accounts. New releases are announced upfront by email to the contact person(s) registered for new functionality which is noted when the first two places in the version number change (e.g. from version 2.3.x to 2.4.0). Patches and bug fix updates are not announced upfront and are noted when the last place in the version number is updated (e.g. from version 2.3.0 to 2.3.1).

General Information

Release 2.4.3 has been released on the 22nd of July and contains two bug fixes. Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in the new version. We will update your live account automatically and the sandbox account can be updated from the customer's end at any given time.

SC-2457 Inactive license notification

Since 21/09/2023 at 15:30 CEST particular accounts received a notification that the license wasn't active on the "Incoming purchase transactions to be processed" while the license itself was actually active. This situation was triggered by an unexpected Netsuite change/update resulting in script failures in the background of the application and blocking till a certain level the processing of transactions. This release introduces a hotfix that implements a new logic that is able to bypass the Netsuite changes avoiding awaiting potential e-fixes.

If as a user you have followed the workaround suggestion from our support department we recommend switching back to the "Enhanced UI". To switch back navigate in the Netsuite main menu to SETUP->ZONECAPTURE SETUP->ZONECAPTURE MAIN CONFIGURATION. Edit the existing record and under the section "User Interface" enable the checkbox "Enable Enhanced UI Experience" again. Click save.
