Zone Customers & Partners
If you are a current Zone customer or partner, to ensure you're seeing all content available you need to be signed in to the Zone Knowledge Base.
1. Navigate to help.zoneandco.com. In the upper righthand corner, click on the arrow icon
2. Provide your information to sign in.
If you are new to Zone Knowledge Base, follow the steps in Sign Up for the Knowledge Base to create your account.
Troubleshooting Permissions for Zone Employee
If you aren't seeing the articles or links expected, confirm you are logged in.
- If you see Sign-in in the top right, you are not logged in. Click Sign-in.
- If you see the screen below, click Switch to agent sign-in and it should automatically sign you in through Okta.
