ZoneCapture is a managed bundle and is Built for NetSuite (BFN) verified by Netsuite. All releases undergo an extensive testing cycle before being released to Production accounts. New releases are announced upfront by email to the contact person(s) registered for new functionality which is noted when the first two places in the version number change (e.g. from version 2.3.x to 2.4.0). Patches and bug fix updates are not announced upfront and are noted when the last place in the version number is updated (e.g. from version 2.3.0 to 2.3.1).

Version 2.10.5 was released on the 10th of May and contains small enhancements. Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in the new version. We will update your live account automatically and the sandbox account can be updated from the customer's end at any given time.

SC-3055 Protection from re-sending huge files to OCR provider if a timeout occurs

When sending PDF Files with hundreds of pages for scanning to one of our OCR providers, we might experience timeout error in the script on NetSuite. When that happens, an additional protection has been added inside ZoneCapture to prevent resending many times the same file to OCR station, as it was causing issues with scanning queue at OCR side. 

ZCVP-509 CAPTCHA support

This release introduces CAPTCHA support, providing a robust and user-friendly solution for safeguarding against malicious bot activities while ensuring accessibility for all users.

The aim is to fortify Vendor Portal's platform while prioritizing accessibility for all users.

ZCVP-567 In-App / E-mail notifications

The Vendor Portal platform has been expanded to include support for 'In-App' and 'E-mail' notifications. Now, stakeholders within the platform can choose their preferred notification channel and receive alerts regarding data changes and Vendor Record statuses both within the Portal and via email.
