ZoneCapture is a managed bundle and is Built for NetSuite (BFN) verified by Netsuite. All releases undergo an extensive testing cycle before being released to Production accounts. New releases are announced upfront by email to the contact person(s) registered for new functionality which is noted when the first two places in the version number change (e.g. from version 2.3.x to 2.4.0). Patches and bug fix updates are not announced upfront and are noted when the last place in the version number is updated (e.g. from version 2.3.0 to 2.3.1).

General Information

Version 2.12.1 was released on the 14th of August and contains small enhancement and two bug fixes. Additionally adjustments have been made in the bundle to fix issues on release preview accounts with NetSuite 2024.2 version. Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in the new version. We will update your live account automatically and the sandbox account can be updated from the customer's end at any given time.

Enhancements

SC-327 Add Captured PO Numbers into dedicated field in Bill to Process record

Dedicated field to store captured by OCR purchase order number(s) has been added to the bill to process record. The field called Purchase Order Numbers is now available on the bill to process record, therefore captured PO numbers can be easily exposed in the Incoming Transactions overview to allow quick cross check between captured POs and connected POs.

Bug Fixes

SC-3280 ZC Setup Assistant issue in 2.12.0

ZoneCapture Setup Assistant used to automatically create configuration of newly installed accounts did not work correctly on 2.12.0 version. The issue has been fixed so the setup on new accounts can be automated by implementation consultants.

SC-3287 Single currency accounts: custom roles cannot open bill to process records

The issue has been identified on single currency accounts in version 2.12.0. Users with custom roles couldn't open bill to process records due to missing currency permission. The issue has been fixed so that ZoneCapture works correctly on single currency accounts now.

SC-3265/ SC-3266/ SC-3267/ SC-3290 Multiple issues on Release Preview accounts with NetSuite 2024.2 version

Settings in the bundle have been adjusted to fix issues encountered on release preview accounts with 2024.2 NetSuite version. Issues have been identified on edit action of vendor record, ZoneCapture Main Configuration record, ZoneCapture Subsidiary Setup, ZoneCapture OCR station, Send E-Document button and edit Vendor Bill record. All issues should be fixed on release preview accounts after their upgrade to 2.12.1 version.
