Zone provides an overview of your open support cases. Once you sign up for our Knowledge Base (KB), you can access a list of your cases.
Steps to View Your Support Cases:
- Sign up for the knowledge base
- Sign in to our knowledge base
- Navigate to "All Products" to ensure you see all relevant cases
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select "Requests" to view your cases
Additional Note:
For cases related to ZoneCapture (PDF capture quality tickets), an additional overview is available. To track the status of your recognition cases, please contact our support team and provide an email address for customer center access.
